2、Q: Free sample or not?
    A: If we have ready-made samples, it is free. You only pay for the express charge.
      If we are out of stock, you should pay for the sample fee and express charge.
      Of course, if the styles are from client, you also should pay for the sample fee and express charge.

3、Q: Is there a minimum order?
    A: Generally speaking, the minimum order is 5000pcs each style. For our standard products, you can mix the products.

4、Q: How can I know the detailed information about the product? Are the products same with the photoes?
    A: Every product comes with the picture and introduction.We take pictures basing on the real products.Actual product ordered may vary slightly in appearance from picture. Maybe there is some difference on the size,brightness, colour and lustre.

5、Q: How to place an order?
    A: First, you can send an enquiry to us. We will make the offer to you within one working day.
      When we confirm everything each other, we can make and sign the contract.

6、Q: What’s the meaning of “Mixed”, and “Stochastic”?
    A: As you know,there are many kinds of different products. Some of the products have many different designs or colors, we just choose part of them to take pictures. So,maybe the actual products you get are different from what you order.You can give clear indication of your desired design or color in your order,we will try our best to satisfy you,but not guarantee.

7、Q: How to make the payment?
    A: You can make the payment by Western Union, Money Gram, Wire Transfer, TT.
      Please inform us after you make the payment,then we can prepare and send the products as soon as possible.
